Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef chuck
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. red wine
    2 bay leaves
    2 garlic cloves, halved
    2 Jamaica
    2 tsp. red hot
    3 lb. small onions
    1 Goya beef bouillon
Preparation
    Cut the meat into 1-inch squares and saute in oil with onions. Add all ingredients.
    Add 1 can of tomato sauce with wine.
    Bring to a quick boil and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes after 1 1/2 hours.
    Let it cook another 30 minutes.
    The final stew mixture should be thick.
    Taste it for seasoning before serving.
    Makes 12 servings.
