Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, scrubbed and cut into bite sized cubes
    8 to 10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    chopped green onion
    2 to 3 eggs, boiled and chopped
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Layer potatoes in single layer in shallow pan in small amount of oil.
    Roast potatoes in 375\u00b0 oven until golden.
    Add crumbled bacon, onion, pepper and eggs.
    Salt to taste.
    Add mayonnaise or salad dressing to taste.
