Sausage Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread (remove crusts)
2 c, sharp grated cheese
1 1/2 to 2 lb. bulk sausage (can use ham or bacon)
8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 small jar pimentos
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Spray 9x13 pan. Cube bread and put in bottom of pan. brown meat, drain. Add mushrooms & pimentos. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, and salt with beater. Put cheese on top. Add milk-egg mixture on top. Cover with foil & refrigerate over night. Next morning, mix 1 can mushroom soup & 1/2 can milk. Spread over top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool before cutting. Do not cover when baking. Cut into squares.
