Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 grated carrots
1 apple, grated
1 (8 oz.) c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. walnuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed and drained pineapple
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Pour into baking dish for muffins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
