Bacon Mushroom Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cooked and diced
    1/2 lb. fresh chopped mushrooms
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    12 slices white bread
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook bacon first.
    In large skillet, saute bacon, mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in cream cheese; set aside.
    Cut crust off of bread and roll bread with rolling pin to 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread about 2 tablespoons of mixture over each slice of bread.
    Roll and use toothpick to hold in place. Refrigerate about 1 hour.
    Cut into 1-inch bites.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Brush with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes!
