Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. chives, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Beat potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic at high speed until smooth.
    Stir in chives.
    Spoon into greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
