German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix coconut and pecans.
Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake by directions on box.
Pour on coconut and pecans.
In saucepan, heat margarine and cream cheese until mixture is warm enough to stir in confectioners sugar.
Spoon on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Don't cut until it is cold.
