Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 lb. lasagna
    1 lb. dry cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil with garlic.
    Stir in onion soup, water, tomato paste and sauce, salt, oregano and sugar.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Arrange alternate layers of meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese in a casserole.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until Mozzarella is melted.
    Yields 6 servings.
