Polynesian Carrot Frappe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. drained, cooked sliced carrots
1 c. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, whirl the pineapple juice and carrots until smooth.
Add the ice cream; whirl to blend.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
