Braided Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. summer savory
    1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Over low heat, heat milk, water and oleo until hot (125\u00b0). Stir into flour mixture (flour, carrots, wheat germ, sugar, salt, savory and yeast).
    Mix to form soft dough; let rise 10 minutes. Divide into 3 pieces.
    Roll into 15-inch ropes.
    Braid together. Place on baking sheet and let rise 30 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
