Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups canned sweet potatoes, mashed in own juice
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup margarine, melted
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into well-greased baking dish.
