Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. thinly sliced beef
1 small onion, cut into slices
1/4 small green pepper, cut into slices
1 to 2 c. water
1 to 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Put oil into deep frypan; add beef.
Fry until browned.
Add onion, green pepper and brown gravy mix.
Cover and cook until meat is tender.
