Chocolate Candy Bar Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar (divided)
    1/2 c. margarine (melted)
    1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese (softened)
    1 tub (12oz.) whipped topping (thawed)
    1 c. chopped chocolate covered candy bars
    3 c. cold milk
    2 small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
Preparation
    Mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and melted margarine in 9x13\" pan.
    Press firmly into bottom of pan.
    Refrigerate 10 min.
    Beat cream cheese & remaining 1/4 c. sugar until smooth.
    Gently stir in half the whipped topping.
    Spread evenly over crust.
    Sprinkle candy bars over cream cheese.
    Pour milk into large bowl.
    Add pudding.
    Beat with a wire whisk for 1 min.
    Pour over candy bar layer.
    Let stand 5 min., until thickened.
    Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
    Refrigerate 2 hrs. or until set.
    Garnish with additional chopped candy bars if desired.
    Cut into squares.
