Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 mixed color peppers
    12 onions
    1 qt. mild vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard or celery seed
Preparation
    Chop peppers and onions; cover with boiling water.
    Drain immediately.
    Cover with cold water; bring to boil.
    Drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Put in hot, sterile jars and seal.
    No processing necessary.
