Capon Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/3 c. rice (long grain)
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown chopped onions and rice in margarine.
    Add water, bouillon, lemon juice and salt.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Salt cavity of capon and stuff.
