Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large apples, peeled and sliced
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar (depending on apples)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place first 3 ingredients in a large pan and put in oven preheated to 400\u00b0 until topping is prepared.
Beat egg; stir in milk and oil.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir just until flour is moistened.
Batter should be lumpy.
Spoon over apples and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
