6 Week Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grated large cabbage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 green pepper, cut up fine
    7 celery stalks, cut up fine
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar (I use 1 c. sugar)
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Grate cabbage and cover with salt. Let sit 2 hours. Add green pepper, celery, mustard seed, celery seed.\tBoil sugar, vinegar and water.\tCool and pour over salad. Refrigerate for 2 to 6 weeks.
