Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. ground cumin seed
1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation

In saucepan, brown beef and cook onion with garlic and cumin until tender.
Stir to separate meat.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Makes about 5 1/2 cups.
