Marinated Pork Loin Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork roast
1/2 c. apple juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Place roast in large plastic bag.
Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Pour over meat.
Press out air and close tight.
Marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove roast and reserve marinade.
Place roast on rack in shallow pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes per pound.
Last 1/2 hour of cooking, baste with marinade every 10 minutes.
Heat and serve marinade.
