Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh whitefish (any mild variety)
    1 large onion, sliced into bite size pieces
    1 can tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    2 cans sliced potatoes
    1 bottle clam juice
    3 Tbsp. butter (more, if needed)
    3/4 lb. shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 large can tomatoes (with juice)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large soup kettle/pan, saute onion 3 or more minutes. Add clam juice and juice from the potatoes.
    Add diced fish. Cook 15 minutes on medium-high until fish is mostly done. Add potatoes and turn heat down to medium-low.
