Veal On Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal cutlets, cut 1/4-inch thick
    1 or 2 mashed garlic cloves
    1/3 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. raw white rice
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Cut veal into serving size pieces.
    In shallow pan, combine garlic and next 5 ingredients.
    Add meat and turn to cook well. Refrigerate and let stand for 5 or 6 hours.
