Special Chicken Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or 1 large pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    10 slices bread
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken (cut up)
    1/2 c. onion (chopped fine)
    1 c. celery (chopped fine)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can chicken or mushroom soup
    1 can water or 2 c. chicken broth
    grated mild or sharp cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and toss until moist.
    Put half mixture in bottom of 15 x 18-inch greased pan.
    Mix next 5 ingredients and set aside.
    Put chicken mixture over stuffing, then top with remaining stuffing.
    Beat 3 eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour over mixture in pan and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
    Add chicken or mushroom soup (diluted with 1 can water or 2 cups chicken broth).
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, uncovered.
    Remove and grate mild or sharp cheese over top and return to oven for 10 minutes.
