Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
8 to 10 green onions, chopped
1 large bell pepper, sliced
1 c. carrots, thinly sliced
4 boneless, skinless breasts
2 c. water or chicken broth
1 large stalk broccoli (use flowerets)
2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 pkg. chicken flavor Ramen noodles
soy sauce to taste
3 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1 c. cold water
Preparation

In hot skillet or wok, saute onions, carrots and bell pepper in vegetable oil until turning soft.
If using a wok with a holding shelf, move vegetables up on shelf and use remaining oil to stir-fry chicken.
