Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. ground turkey
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    3 oz. uncooked noodles
    1 c. canned tomato sauce
    1 c. canned chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet, saute turkey and onions until meat just loses pink color.
    Remove from heat.
    In small bowl, mix part-skim Ricotta cheese, 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese, dash of salt and pepper.
    Spread evenly over ground turkey mixture.
    Evenly distribute uncooked noodles on top of Ricotta cheese.
