Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. melted butter
    3 c. bread cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots in
    boiling salt water.
    Drain.
    Meanwhile cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.
    Stir in soup, salt, pepper,
    cheese and carrots.
    Put in greased casserole. Toss bread
    cubes
    with butter.\tSpoon over carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until
    heated, approximately 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
