Deep Dish Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork sausage
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    3 cans tomatoes, chopped and drained
    1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Grease 14 x 2-inch pizza pan.
    On flour dusted surface, roll dough into 16-inch circle.
    Press into bottom and 1 1/2-inch up sides of pan.
    Sprinkle with 3 cups Mozzarella.
    Crumble sausage over cheese.
    Top with oregano, tomatoes, mushrooms and remaining cheese.
    Place in 500\u00b0 oven.
    Immediately reduce to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
    Remove pizza when crust is golden and sausage is cooked through.
