One Bowl Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
Makes about 18.
Recipe can be doubled.
