Hamburg Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Beef forms crust in pie tin or quiche pan. Beat eggs slightly; add milk, then mayonnaise, then salt, pepper and cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Test with knife like custard.
    Cool 10 minutes; cut in wedges.
    Serve.
