Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, nuts or raisins
1 (15 oz.) can Libby's pumpkin
Preparation

Do not use a metal spoon or bowl for mixing. Do not refrigerate. If air gets in the bag, let it out! It's normal for batter to thicken, bubble and ferment.
