Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft butter
    1 c. soft Crisco
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    5 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together butter, Crisco, 3 cups sugar and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients together and stir in.
    Roll into small balls size of small walnuts.
    Roll balls into sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned, but still soft.
    Makes 10 dozen.
