Beef And Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. round steak
1/4 c. shortening
1 lg. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut steak into 1 inch cubes.
Heat shortening on medium-high setting.
Add onion and garlic, and saute until onions yellow. Add meat and brown well on all sides. Pour off any fat.
Add remaining items and blend.
Cover and bake in 2 qt. casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
