Skillet Fried Fresh Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 6 ears of corn (tender, but not full grained)
    salt
    2 Tbsp. seasoning (I like bacon grease; butter will do)
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut corn off.
    Scrape milk starch from corn. Cover with water, enough to cook. Salt to taste. Add the seasoning and sugar. Cook slowly after bringing to a boil to assure proper well done state. Let corn almost stick to skillet, stirring constantly, to reach some golden brown layer to mix in corn.
    It will almost appear scorched, but it is delicious.
