Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    milk
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.
    Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
    Fry in skillet until done, turning once.
    Remove steak into platter. Keep hot.
    Put a little flour in drippings in skillet; stir well. Then add milk enough to make gravy.
    Serve over steak.
