Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. cut up fryer
    salt, pepper and ginger
    1/4 c. strained tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt, pepper and ginger.
    Dredge with flour and brown by frying in oil.
    Add onion, celery and tomatoes. Place in casserole dish, cover and put in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender and brown.
