Molded Strained Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cranberries (1 bag)
    2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook cranberries in water until all the skins pop open. Strain through a colander to remove skins.
    Return to saucepan; add sugar and blend.
    Boil rapidly for 10 to 15 minutes or until a drop jells on a cold plate.
    Pour mixture into 1 large or individual molds and chill until firm.
