Never Fail Pie Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg whites
Preparation

Cook until clear and thick the sugar, cornstarch and water. Let cool.
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt plus vanilla until it forms a soft peak; add slowly 3 or 4 tablespoons sugar.
Beat until it forms peaks, then add to the cool cornstarch mixture; beat again until it looks like whipped cream.
Put on top of your favorite pie and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
