Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. rice
    1/3 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring milk to boiling.
    Stir in uncooked rice, raisins and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Cover; cook on low heat, stirring occasionally for 30 to 40 minutes or until most of the milk is absorbed.
    (Mixture may appear curdled.)
    Spoon into dessert dishes.
    Add butter, sugar and cinnamon if desired.
