Boursin Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1 large garlic clove
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and butter.
Blend well.
Add spices. Refrigerate.
Soften awhile before serving.
Can be rolled into a ball and rolled in peppercorns.
