Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    4 oz. shredded cheese (mild or sharp)
    butter
    milk
Preparation
    Grease a baking dish.
    Peel and slice potatoes on the bottom of the dish.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper and sprinkle flour over potatoes.
    Add milk to almost cover potatoes. Add butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serves 4.
