Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples
    2/3 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oats
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. butter, softened
Preparation
    Put apples in pan.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over apples.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
