American Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck, ground
    2 c. diced celery
    2 medium onions, diced
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown chuck.
    Add celery, onions, rice, mushroom soup, chicken soup and water.
    Add soy sauce.
    Put Chinese noodles on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
