Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
