Pecan Mystery Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
24 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar, vanilla and baking powder, a little bit at a time.
Blend in crackers and nuts by hand.
Pour into buttered pie dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
refrigerate until cold.
Top with whipped cream to eat.
