New England Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sliced, peeled carrots
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 lb. corned beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. leaf thyme, crushed
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender in a large skillet.
Add carrots, cover and cook 10 minutes over low heat.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
