Cheese Tuna Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1 can tuna, drained
    3/4 c. black olives
    1 Tbsp. onions (instant)
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Boil rice; drain.
    Add cheese and tuna.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Put in cupcake pan for muffins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
