Tostada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. each diced green pepper and chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped stuffed green olives
    1/2 tsp. each salt and garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (15 3/4 oz.) can hot chili beans
    1 c. slightly crushed corn chips
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef with green pepper and onion; drain well. Add green olives and seasonings.
    Place in shallow ovenproof casserole. Spoon sour cream over meat mixture, then pour beans evenly over sour cream layer. Sprinkle with corn chips, then cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
    Serve plain or over shredded lettuce or hot rice. Serves 6.
