Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
3 c. cooked, sliced, drained carrots
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add mustard, sugar, salt and parsley.
Stir.
Add carrots and stir until glazed, about 5 minutes.
