Almond Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast (diced)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup blanched sliced almonds
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation

Saut onions in butter until light brown.
Drain well.
Combine chicken, celery, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, black pepper and drained almonds.
Toss lightly to coat ingredients evenly with mayonnaise. Serve chilled.
