Angel Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. dates, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually while continuing to beat.
    Fold in pecans and dates.
    Drop in teaspoons on foil-covered cookie sheets.
    Place in preheated 375\u00b0 oven, turn oven off and leave overnight.
    Do not open oven.
    This requires 3 cookie sheets.
    Arrange oven racks to accommodate before heating.
