Chicken Salad(Easy - 20 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    4 red tomatoes
    1 small cucumber
    1 cooked chicken
    1/4 c. walnuts or pecans
    watercress or parsley (for garnish)
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. chutney
    4 to 6 Tbsp. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rinse lettuce; drain well.
    Tear into small pieces.
    Clean and slice mushrooms.
    Rinse tomatoes and cucumber.
    Cut chicken into small chunks.
    Cut tomatoes into wedges.
    Peel and slice cucumber. Chop nuts coarsely.
    Put all ingredients in a bowl.
    Garnish with watercress or parsley.
